GLADWIN – Gladwin County businesses have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with representatives from Pure Michigan’s Business Connect and Travel/Tourism divisions.
Local businesses and organizations will learn how the Pure Michigan website can help promote their business and get Gladwin County “on the map”!
Terry Vandercook will demonstrate the Pure Michigan Business Connect site and explain how businesses can connect with over 42,000 Michigan companies to promote what they do.
This is especially useful for businesses who wish to sell products or services statewide, or who have purchasing needs that can be filled by a Michigan-based company.
David Lorenz will explain how our travel and tourism-related businesses can benefit by registering on the Pure Michigan Travel & Tourism site for free! Not only will this promote your company to the thousands who visit the website and search Gladwin County, but it will show that our entire community has a lot to offer!
Who should come? Manufacturers, builders and contractors, specialty stores and vendors, hotels, motels and Bed and Breakfasts, flower shops, golf courses, restaurants, parks and campgrounds, auto sales and service, real estate and insurance agents, service providers, resale businesses, farm markets and feed stores, museums, excavators, hardware stores, lumber yards and a whole lot more!
Please plan to come out on Thursday, March 31 from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Michigan Works! office located at 110 Buckeye St. in Gladwin!
Organizers would appreciate businesses letting them know if they plan to attend by calling Chamber Director, Yvette Keast, at 989-426-5451; or Business and Economic Development Director, Bob Balzer, at 989-426-8571.
